Product Introduction:

1. CHARACTERISTICS

The Machine Casing can be opened..

Reverse rotation possible.

Good anti-corrosiveness.

Strong resistance against swing, vibration-proof and impact resistant.

2. STRUCTURE TYPE

    The ventilator is manufactured with a built-in casing motor structure. The vane wheel is directly mounted on the motor shaft.

The vane wheel is made of anti-corrosive case aluminum alloy while the casing is made of welded common steel.

As desired, the casing can either be made into an integral one or an open type along the axial direction. In the later case, the vane wheel and the casing so as to bring convenience for on-the-spot repair and the replacement of its spare parts.

Viewed from the motor side, the vane wheel rotates clockwise while in service the ventilator is allowed to rotate reversely.

The ventilator can be matched with marine DC motor of 380V, 50HZ or 440V,60HZ.

3. MODEL EXPLANATION

The model of ventilator is indicated with the initials of the Chinese phonetic alphabet, the vane wheel diameter 
and speed etc. For example:Abbreviated to   JCZ(CZ)-80
Among which:
     J、C — series 、marine usage
     Z — axial ventilator
     80 —casing inner dia.800mm
(after round finished)
     A — code number of vane wheel
     K — open type machine casing
 Note: Integral casing should not be remarked
   7.5 — motor power 7.5kw
   1460 — standard speed 1460r/min(50Hz)

4. Introduction for ordering
4.1 Please introduce the model, flow prate, pressure, speed and structure of fan、50HZ or 60HZ.
4.2  If the fan on the deck, according to relevant provisions of the chassis thickness.
4.3 Please offer insulation class and protection class for fan motor (if not, the insulation class is B, protection class is IP44).
4.4 Our factory can offer the fans of special specification and usage according to the user's demands.
4.5 We are responsible for the repair, exchange and return of the products Within 18 months.

5. Use and maintenance
5.1 Before installing the fans, should check whether each part is intact, whether the components are complete, whether the impeller and casing rotating direct are concordant.
5.2When installing the duct of the inlet and outlet, should make the duct and fans be spontaneous identical, not join them forcing, not bring the weight of duct on the fans.
5.3After installed the fans, check whether there is friction of collide between the impeller and the fixed parts by rotating the impeller. If collision, friction, loud noise or strong vibration happened, the fan should be restart after checking. Avoid the fan being bumped and other substance or liquid entered the fans. Please clean the dust on blade of impeller in time, so as not to break the balance and strengthen the noise.
5.4 The  fans should be started-up while the inlet is opening,
5.5After the fans wiring, the terminal box should be sealed, avoid the air or water in it.
5.6As the fans operating, the motor electric current should be control strictly, not exceed the rated electric current. Avoid the motor burning,
5.7The fans maintain must be done on stop working time. When burning, after check, should whether the every part of fans is normal.
5.8As some fault occurred in fans operating, should find out the reason in time and think a way of resolution.

6. Application
   The per for mance parameters shown in table  are based on the air conditions of absolute pressure 101325 Pa, temperature +20℃, relative humidity 50%, and density
1.2kg/ m3.  That is: standard air conditions.
   In the case of other air conditions and rotator speed different from table 2, the performance of the explosion-proof fan can be computed according to the following formulas:

Among which, Q0 、 P0 、 N0、 , are the volume of flow,

pressure, power and air gravity under standard atmospheric condition and  standard rotating speed n0。 Q, P, N, ρand n are the actual flow rate, pressure, power, air density and speed .    Tolerance of specific total pressure value under stander volume of flow will be from -5% to +10%。
